How do you avoid crowdfunding scams on CoFunders?

Never share your login code or your account key: no one from CoFunders will ever ask for either. Back only through the campaign page, approve only what you started yourself, and check an address before you send, because sending can't be undone.

Key facts

• CoFunders is only at cofunders.org and app.cofunders.org, and there's no CoFunders app in any app store.
• Nobody has to approve a refund from a campaign that missed its goal, so an offer to recover one for you is a scam.
• Money sent to a creator outside the campaign page never reaches escrow.
• Backing a campaign here buys a reward, so any promised return is a red flag.
